Made my hair super greasy/stringy (I have long hair that's straight and fine but there's lots of it) - tried using less product but this didn't help.

Hi Madalene, thank you so much for your feedback. Generally our hair balm is targeted at controlling frizz, and hydration which usually is seen mostly in curly hair. Can i ask what your purpose of buying the hair balm was for? And if it made your hair greasy, were you applying it to your roots?
Our rule is to apply just one pump of the product and apply it in dripping wet hair, this helps to spread the product evenly, and it softens the product a lot. We have a lot videos on our socials about this, mostly relating to curly hair as this is the hair type that it helps the most.
If your hair is straight and super dehydrated the hair balm would still be good, you do still need to apply it on wet hair (not damp hair) like the curly girls do.
If your hair doesn't need a rich hydrator, or frizz control, and potentially not applied correctly, on top of your hair being fine and straight, i can see how you would find this heavy. Could you please contact us on gday@freddieknows.com so we can resolve this matter for you. :)

Fantastic group of products!

I bought one of every item last June and I’m still on the original bottles/tubs a year later!! Mid neck length hair, washed three times a week. The wash products and mask leave my hair soft, clean, nourished and smelling good. The hair balm and styling gel work so well together. I use less than suggested on the styling gel otherwise my hair ends up crunchy. Once you work out how much to use the products are easy to use and form lovely natural waves. I don’t use a hair dryer. The next day or two I just refresh the curls by adding a little water. I have a sensitive scalp but have had no issues with Freddy Knows product line. No sting, no itch. The customer service was prompt and professional too.

I looooove the hair balm and gel

I absolutely love these products — and so does my fine curly hair! They feel amazing and last all day, keeping my hair healthy and manageable. They never feel heavy or weigh my hair down, no matter how thirsty my hair is or how much I use, which is such a relief. They also stop the fluffy flyaways that I really can’t stand.

They’re so easy to use, which I really appreciate because I don’t have time for complicated routines. These products have genuinely made my life easier, and now I only use them for both washing and styling. Highly recommend!

This is a really unique product, it's super moisturizing but not heavy. Does the job of a leave in or a curl cream perfectly. A little goes a long way so its economical as well. Smells amazing which is always a bonus. Highly recommend you give it a try
