Shipping policy

Shipping, the thing you use when you need to get one thing, to another. Something we’ve adopted as we tried hand delivering each parcel to each customer… which turns out is just not good business.

We use Australia Post and we are tapped into their live rates, which means we don’t charge anything extra on shipping. For an up to date estimate of what shipping could cost, please refer to the Auspost Shipping Calculator. Or, use our shipping estimator when viewing your cart.

If you are in Townsville, QLD please get in touch via email gday@freddieknows.com as we will allow pickups from our HQ.

We know that shipping costs are a bit lame when it comes to purchasing online, but we are doing as much as we can to keep the costs down.

We prepare your orders as soon as we can. Usually this is within 24 hours. Holidays, weekends unforseen circumstances can affect this, but generally this is what you can expect.
