Co washing…what is that?

Co-washing is a technique in which conditioner is used to cleanse your hair instead of shampoo. 

Freddie Knows Co-Wash sits in the middle of shampoo and conditioner. You will get a nice cleanse and conditioner in one product. You will find your hair will be better moisturised, less tangles, less split ends, less frizz, less breakage shall I go on…..oh and increased volume. 

Standard shampoos will strip your hair of  its natural oils and honestly that is like liquid gold. You need that shit to spread down your hair shaft, so washing it away before it even leaves your scalp is a hair felony. 

You may be wondering why we have created a co wash and a cleanser. And we will answer that for you right now………….Co washing isn’t for everyone. As much as we would love EVERYONE to turn to co washing your hair we understand that some people don’t like change and just have to use a shampoo on their hair. So our Freddie Knows Cleanser (sulphate free mind you) is designed to be used once a month if you can conform to co-washing or in conjunction with our co wash if you just need to feel like you’re needing a two step process when washing your mane.
