Refund and Returns Policy

Looks like you’ve hit the wrong page, as we couldn’t ever believe (or bear it because it’ll hurt our feelings too much) that you need to make a return. As we are soooo sure that the only reason you need to return a product is because you ordered too much, or we delivered too many on accident then ok, go on get in touch. And in the spirit of good people (ethically and legally) please do get in touch if you need to return a product.

Below is some super dooper important information you need to read before sending it in.

 

We have a 30 day money back guarantee on our products, in which products will need to be returned back to us. (just to clarify – 30 days from the day you email us) a valid reason for the return is necessary and the return will need to be handled by the customer via Registered Post. It’s important that you track and insure your parcel as Freddie Knows is not liable for damage, loss or theft for the return freight.  (If for some craaazy nutty reason Freddie Knows is at fault, we will also cover the return freight cost once the product has been returned and claim assessed)
